2. No Guarantee of Visa Issuance
The client acknowledges that V-GO Overseas Education is a brand operated by CPID CAD Education Pvt Ltd. and not an arm of any government or embassy.
- The final decision to grant or refuse a visa lies solely with the respective Government Authorities/Embassy.
- V-GO Overseas Education cannot and does not guarantee the success of any visa application.
- Processing times provided are estimates based on past data and are subject to change by the authorities without notice.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure a smooth application process, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation.
- Disclose any previous visa rejections or criminal records.
- Adhere to deadlines for document submission as set by our consultants.
- Warning: Submission of forged or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services without a refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Fees and Payments
- Service fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the submission of the application.
- All government fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs (courier, translation, etc.) are the responsibility of the client.
- V-GO Overseas Education reserves the right to pause services if payments are overdue.
5. Limitation of Liability
V-GO Overseas Education shall not be held liable for:
- Rejections or delays caused by the Embassy/Consulate.
- Inaccuracies in information provided by the client.
- Loss of documents during transit via third-party courier services.
- Changes in immigration laws, policies, or quotas that affect the client’s eligibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of V-GO Overseas Education Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate our services if:
- The client breaches any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The client engages in abusive or unprofessional behavior toward our staff.
- The client provides false information.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Haryana. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaithal.
