At V-GO Overseas Education, we are committed to providing professional and transparent visa consultancy services. We understand that visa application processes involve significant financial commitments. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our Study Visa, Tourist Visa, and Visitor Visa services.

1. General Principles

By engaging the services of V-GO Overseas Education, the client agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy. All refund requests are subject to the specific terms mentioned in the Service Agreement signed at the time of enrollment.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Government/Embassy Fees: Any fees paid to embassies, consulates, or government bodies for visa processing, biometric appointments, or medical examinations.
  • Third-Party Costs: Translation services, courier charges, or insurance premiums paid to external vendors.
  • Registration/Initial Consultation Fees: The initial administrative fee charged to open a file and begin the assessment process is non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are calculated based on the stage of the application process at the time of the cancellation request:

  • Before Document Processing: If a client requests a refund within 48 hours of enrollment and before any documentation work has begun, a refund of [X]% of the professional service fee may be granted.
  • During Document Processing: Once the documentation, SOP (Statement of Purpose) drafting, or university application process has started, a partial refund of [X]% may be considered, minus administrative costs.
  • Post-Submission: Once the visa application has been submitted to the respective Embassy or Consulate, no refunds of professional fees will be issued, regardless of the outcome.

4. Visa Rejections

While V-GO Overseas Education strives for a 100% success rate, the decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the Immigration Authorities/Embassy of the respective country.

  • If a visa is rejected due to deceitful documents, concealment of facts, or criminal record provided by the client, no refund will be issued.
  • If a visa is rejected due to a demonstrable error on the part of V-GO Overseas Education, we will provide a [X]% refund of our professional service fee or re-process the application at no additional service cost (excluding government fees).
  • If a visa is rejected due to changes in immigration laws or embassy policies that occurred after submission, no refund will be issued.

5. Client Withdrawal

No refund will be provided if the client:

  • Decides not to proceed with the application for personal reasons.
  • Fails to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Fails to attend the visa interview or biometric appointment.
  • Fails the medical examination or English proficiency tests (IELTS/PTE).

6. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@vgoglobaledu.com.
  • Requests must include the Full Name, File Number, Receipt Copy, and a valid reason for the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer to the client’s name only.

7. Force Majeure

V-GO Overseas Education is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or sudden changes in international travel regulations. No refunds will be issued in such “Force Majeure” events.
